Why drafts do not appear and how to recover the pipeline.
Inbox empty after poll
- Confirm at least one active listener exists.
- Run listener.poll and inspect job count.
- In live mode, discovery can fail closed if connector is misconfigured.
- In simulator mode, poll should create synthetic target posts.
No rows in /app/approvals
- Ensure target posts exist with status new.
- Run comment.generate.
- Confirm campaign/agent context is available.
- Refresh /app/approvals and /app/inbox.
Approved but not sent
- Check whether action is scheduled in the future (delay window).
- Run comment.send after scheduledFor is due.
- Inspect usage limits (monthly send limit).
- Inspect connector result message in activity/delivery logs.
