Golden Path Demo

Goal

Prove the full control-plane loop in simulator mode before enabling live connectors.

Run this path

1. Google signup -> create workspace.
2. Add proxy + social account + active session record.
3. Create agent and upload one knowledge doc; run knowledge.ingest.
4. Create approval-required campaign + listener.
5. Run worker:tick (health, poll, generate).
6. Review drafts/skills, edit if needed, approve.
7. Run comment.send and verify activity + audit log.
8. Create one content campaign, approve drafts, publish due posts.
9. Optional: open /app/checkout and simulate billing activation.

Pass criteria

• Approvals show editable drafts
• Activity shows sent/published outcomes
• Audit log captures sensitive actions
• No live external calls while SIMULATOR_MODE=true
