Runtime mode
SIMULATOR_MODE=true forces safe synthetic behavior. SIMULATOR_MODE=false uses live connectors and fails closed without configuration.
Publisher settings
Use /app/settings/publisher to inspect mode/policy, test webhook delivery, and review recent deliveries.
